Sensei Marcin Jakubowski

 

At Age 17 Martin began his formal Kyokushin Karate training under his sensei Sensei Leszek Murawski.
His passion and love for this sport give him an oppurtinity to compete in many full contact competitions all over the USA, Canada and England. Here is the list of some of the competitions that Sensei Martin competed in:

  • American International Karate Championship
  • North American Championship in Canada
  • Weight Category Championship in Canada
  • Americas Cup
  • Ultimate Test
  • World Championship in England

 

In 2005 he was chosen to represent USA National Team to compete in the World Championship in England by the chairman Shihan Monaco..
Martin has been training under amazing mentors and teachers in several styles, Hanshi Mady from Windsor Canada in Isshinryu and also Shihan Leszek Samitowski from Chicago in Kyokushin Karate.


Karate is his true vehicle to reach and inspire others to go after their dreams with a renewed sense of confidence, physical fitness and personal growth. His journey of training, learning and exploring is not only there to serve him in his personal development but the development of his students as well.
